WHO IS NGIMA DAWA TAMANG?

 Ngima Dawa acts as a "money man" for Bomjon. Dawa is an ex-tourist guide, the owner of an allegedly fake orphanage called Chacchari, and the owner of a guesthouse called “Family Homestay" located in in Kathmandu’s Kapan area. The guesthouse was used to provide accommodations for visitors of Bomjon.

Marici was also Bomjon follower, and she knew Ngima Dawa Tamang.  Marici  says she was held hostage and sexually and physically assaulted by the Bomjon cult, and that Dawa was aware and complicit in these alleged crimes. Marici says that Dawa acts as a cover-up agent for the cult.

 Marici says that those who stayed at Dawa's guest house typically had bad experiences:
Many foreigners that were accommodated in his Kapan guesthouse had terrible experiences.  For example, getting the police called on them for smoking cigarettes, or locking Jason (the Australian) in his room from outside. Dawa also took my passport promising me he would regularly arrange my visas, and then asked for more money than the price of visas. He always behaves so extremely "religiously" you feel like nauseous from it.
Ngima Dawa, Bomjon's sister Manu (allegedly murdered by cult), and Junsei Terasawa, allegedly complicit in Bomjon's crimes.


NGIMA DAWA: IMPLICATED IN NUMEROUS ALLEGED CRIMES

Ngima Dawa has ties to three alleged crimes linked to the Bomjon cult:

1. 2012:  Marici says Ngima  was complicit in her being held hostage, tortured, and raped by the Bomjon cult.

2. 2015-16:  Ngima has also been implicated in the cover-up and denial of hospital care to Bomjon's sister Manu, who had been brutally assaulted by the cult, injuries which proved to be fatal in the absence of hospital care.

3. 2016:  US psychologist Dr. William Moore mysteriously died in Dawa's "Family Homestay" guesthouse.  Moore had gone to Nepal in 2016 to serve his guru, not leaving any notes to his family. According to the US Embassy, which told Moore’s family about his death, Moore  mysteriously died in July 2016 in an “orphanage which was also a family homestay."  Moore's body was swiftly cremated by the cult, who claimed that “it was his last wish.”




NGIMA DAWA'S ALLEGEDLY FAKE ORPHANAGE

Marici says that Ngima Dawa's orphange, like many many in Nepal, is a fake orphanage. In Nepal it is common that poor parents are duped into sending children to homes where owners use them to extract money from foreign visitors.  Says Marici:
As is typical for Nepali orphanages, the children are NOT orphans. They are taken away from poor families, who are promised the children will get an education in the city. Then they are used as tools to get large donations from Westerners. I was invited to the "orphanage" run by Ngima.  I spoke with some of the children, they typically told me they had a  mother and father in their village at home.
Marici says that Dawa's orphanage is used to funnel funds to Bomjon's cult: 
Ngima Dawa Tamang is a liar who also played a role in covering up the crimes against me. He also tried to cheat me. He is a dangerous ‘extremely dedicated Buddhist’ who owns a fake orphanage and always asks for donations, but that money ends up in Bomjon's pocket, not his orphanage.

NGIMA DAWA EXPRESSES A CREEPY INTEREST IN ORPHAN GIRLS

Marici recounts hearing Ngima saying that he targets female orphans, claiming sympathy for their plight:
I did not like Dawa's sick claims about "specializing in female children" because of the bad conditions that girls have in society, or because girls "are the most deprived of proper education" in Nepal. He is a very dangerous man.
Orphanages are a perfect set-up to attract foreigner pedophiles to prey upon vulnerable children, sick men who will pay for sex with children.

Says the Next Generation Nepal, which seeks to return children to their parents:  "The growth in volunteer and orphanage tourism creates opportunities for child sexual exploitation by allowing contact between vulnerable children and child sex offenders, stimulating demand for orphanages and orphaned children through child trafficking and paper orphaning, and providing the necessary conditions for orphanage scams."



 PHYSICAL AND SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN AT NEPALI ORPHANAGES AND POSSIBLE SEX TRAFFICKING

The unprotected children trafficked into Nepali orphanages to attract Western money are often  physically and sexually abused. These articles discuss girls who have been raped in Nepali orphanages:
Nepali children trafficked into fake orphanages are also prime targets for child trafficking outside the orphanages.  Child slavery and child sex slavery happen fairly easily in Nepal.  Undoubtedly both male and female children are targeted.

Nepal is a hub for men, women, and children subjected to forced labor and sex trafficking. Nepali women and girls are subjected to sex trafficking in Nepal, India, the Middle East, Asia, and sub-Saharan Africa (U.S. State Dept Trafficking in Persons Report, June, 2017)

However, the numbers of trafficking cases registered with the Nepal Police is still low against the believed number of trafficking victims... More than 95 percent of victims are females, and 3 in four victims do not have education at all, which makes them more vulnerable.  (Office of the Special Rapporteur on Trafficking in Persons TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS NATIONAL REPORT 2015/16).

A 2019 report from the U.S Department of State confirms that Nepal's laws do not necessarily criminalize sex trafficking, and there is a great deal of government complicity:
Its laws do not criminalize all forms of forced labor and sex trafficking, and despite a large number of Nepali male trafficking victims overseas, government protection efforts disproportionately focused on female victims. Official complicity in trafficking offenses remained a serious problem, both direct complicity as well as negligence, and the government did not report significant efforts to address it, even after a 2017 parliamentary call to take action.
One of Bomjon's followers, Junsei Terasawa, has ties to the UN.  The UN is notorious for its corruption, which includes child sex trafficking.  The UN also has ties to Luciferianism through the Lucis Trust.  This is an organization that Junsei Terasawa supports.

Terasawa presumes to be a leader for peace -- yet he stood by while a woman was raped and tortured by a diabolical leader and his cult.

Although travel by airplane or helicopter can be very costly, private air travel can be an effective way to cover up child trafficking or child sexual abuse, as in the case of Jeffrey Epstein's Lolita Express.  (Even after Epstein's supposed death, his network still appears to be operational and recruiting young female victims, and using the female victims to recruit other victims.)
