Marici alleges she was physically and sexually assaulted by Bomjon cult member at Bomjon's order. These are her statements about cult agent Darshan Subba Limbu, who she says assaulted her.

APPOINTED TORTURER

Darshan Limbu is one of the two main torturers appointed by Bomjon to torture me and Mata Ani during while we were kidnapped in 2012.  I was kidnapped 3 months, Mata Ani 2 months. Darshan was my devotee-friend before, and Sapana, the teacher of Bara Academy where I spent some time, is his mother.

Bomjon turned Darshan into a demon, I was shocked, because he was such a kind person before. He once took me to his wife and children, to a faraway town Kakarbhitta, a border town with India in the East of Nepal. 

His wife Sarah is Christian. Darshan and his brother Arpan were owners of a small agency Yahoo Travels (I never forget this name), and their work seemed to be something on the edge of the law, helping foreign tourists to obtain half-illegal visas and pass through the border, and help them in customs by bribing police...

MARICI KNEW DARSHAN'S FAMILY

Interestingly, I knew well all of Darshan's family members:  His wife, brother, mother, and they were kind of my main friends during those times. I even arranged a money collection for finishing his house's roof once... I also helped to pay the school fee for his children -- while Darshan was living a high-flying life, traveling on motorbike and sleeping with tourists, his wife was struggling to survive with the children! I had to buy milk for them many times, they did not have any money...

Then, on Dec 28 2011, Bomjon appointed Darshan, who lived in his Halkhoriya compound that time, to be one of the main torturers.

Darshan was the one to chain me, carry my body from place to place, with Tomasz Henryk Tarnawski (Dorje) of Poland, who looks like a German Nazi... These two men, plus Bomjon, are the most dangerous of all. In all case of attacks (including attacks, beating and torture against Bomjon's mother and siblings) these two played the main role. I was also told that witnesses had seen Manu being beaten on her head by these two. They are murderers!

It was shocking to me to see those very same people, who used to be my friends, transformed by Bomjon into heartless monsters, sadists. Darshan was also the one, who, apart from regular beatings, was appointed by Bomjon to rape me. I only managed to talk him out of it because I was bitten by those tiny tropical ticks which go so deep into the nerves that all my lymphatic glands were swollen... And I showed him my ballooned glands and convinced him (most Nepalis are not very well educated) that  had AIDS and Syphilis and that I lived a life of a prostitute before, hahha.... 

I told him that he had a wife and children (they had moved to Halkhoriya that time) and that my illness would be transferred to them etc... It seemed to work... He stopped pulling down my trousers, and left.

Later Darshan came back, apparently after consulting with Bomjon, and he decided to sexually assault me  orally... I think you can imagine, I was chained all over, could not move freely, and so I was totally in his hands. That was HELL. That night I was just weeping and shouting and crying in the jungle, but no one cared of course. That was the first time whenI started to realize that Bomjon was not testing my devotion or teaching me to some big Tapasya (asceticm, self-control) -- but that the whole thing was hellish, demonic, and criminal.

DARSHAN WAS ALLEGEDLY ORDERED TO RAPE BY BOMJON

It must be stated that it was obvious Darshan did not enjoy this job sexuall ... It was an order from Bomjon. He was annoyed by it. After 3 months on chains, a menstruating woman, I was not allowed to wash myself or attend to my sanitary needs. I requested water so many times, of course they used any such request as a method to torture me further. No one can imagine in what condition I was left there! I was extremely smelly!

Darshan actually masturbated in front of me later on and soiled me and my things, just to do at least some of his "holy task" from the guru... The oral rape and masturbation happened about 4-5 times and it was during the Maitri Puja 2012 prayers, which were playing from the big speakers a few minutes walk from my place. It was bizarre, crazy, unbelievable. But to me it was clear that Bomjon wanted to connect his "prayer and blessing programs" with the torture of people and sexual defilement of Yoginis... He needs to defile Buddhism, everything holy and religious.

was released, to protect him from the media and police.

CUNNING BOMJON TELLS THE MEDIA ABOUT THE SEXUAL ASSAULT -- TO PRETEND HE WAS NOT INVOLVED

I am sure that Bomjon had told the media himself about the assaults perpetrated upon me. Because his manipulative plans were to scapegoat his own crime assistants as the main culprits, instead of himself for giving the order. 

So for many years his followers tried to blame only Darshan and Tomasz Dorje for the whole torture and captivity, and claimed that Bomjon was innocent! Even nowadays I recieve naive comments from Nepalis under my videos, who claim that yes, Darshan and Dorje and Bomjon's "Committee" are bastards, but that he himself is also a victim of those evil followers... It is ridiculous, but they really believe that... And Bomjon is actively spreading this.  

Bomjon is so cunning. He always presented himself to us in 2011 as a victim of his corrupt and materialistic followers, monks, Nepalis... All the gesticulations he was making were trying to give us, the foreigners, this message. Even Andrea Goode used to write and tell stories about how Bomjon got often annoyed by the behavior of his followers...Or saddened... Or wept... Many myths like this started by Bomjon himself!
So when I was confronted by media with "have you been sexually abused, Marici", I decided to tell the truth. Because I did not want to lie. I saw that it was already out in the open.  

KIDNAPPING & SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIM JAILED BY NEPALI AUTHORITIES

When I was released, I was then jailed by immigration authorities at Bomjon's request. The girls in the immigration detention room could not bear my smell and helped me wash myself (my hands were still broken). The had to literally scrape off the layers of dirt from my skin... It was very cold in Kathmandu and the water icy, I was shivering like crazy so they had to stop... Hell hell hell... My first real shower happened only after my deportation to Slovakia -- finally hot water, soap, shampoo...

DARSHAN IS ALLEGEDLY A FORMER DRUG ADDICT AND DRUG DEALER OF HARD DRUGS

I believe Darshan is a monster, and the he used to be drug addict, later a drug dealer (hard drugs which are used by injections).  I believe he became Bomjon's follower in desperation to be able to stop his drug use.  But I think Bomjon rather used him as an "adviser" to mix drugs to the foods and drinks of people...

DARSHAN HITS ON MARICI'S LESBIAN FRIEND

Darshan was also trying to start love relationship with me and my friend Nika back in 2011, but we both refused. For me, he was not my type and I separated from my beautiful boyfriend in Czech Republic just to live in celibacy in Nepal, and I did not go to Nepal to be searching for a relationship anymore. And Nika, she was a lesbian... So Darshan remained just my devotee-friend.

UK CITIZEN OR RESIDENT

After a few years Darshan also escaped to the UK and he became a resident or even citizen! He was calling himself that time Jyampa Foonchok (name given by Bomjon) and was chatting about helping rape-victims... I think it was a cover-up to show that he could never do what he did to me... Many followers were on his side and claimed he would never ever do to me what he did, that I accused him falsely...


IS DARSHAN LIMBU YET ANOTHER CULT CASUALTY?

I am not sure if Darshan is alive. He is obviously a key witness, apart from being a culprit himself. Bomjon silences his accomplices. I heard he got death threats around 2015-2016 from Bomjon through Dorje (the Polish cult follower who also assaulted and tortured me).
