The Making of an Alleged Serial Killer, Rapist, and Torturer

Marici was a Bomjon follower. Like many women connected to Bomjon, Marici says she was held hostage and sexually and physically assaulted by the Bomjon cult. This included physical assault by Bomjon.

Marici knew Bomjon's mother Mayadevi  personally and had spoken with her many times.  Mayadevi spoke of being a victim of domestic violence, something which receives little protection in Nepal.

Mayadevi also speaks about Bomjon, and that he appeared to be a disturbed child:
"His mother told me he was weird from toddler age on, and also as school teachers would describe. His siblings thought he was mentally ill . He rarely played with other children."
More about Bomjon and his family below.

Intention:
Please place the intention that Mayadevi and all women in Nepal be protected from domestic violence, and that disturbed children be blocked from harming others.

MARICI RECOUNTS STATEMENTS OF BOMJON'S MOTHER

BOMJON'S MOTHER SAYS HE WAS DISTURBED SINCE CHILDHOOD

Marici gleaned a great deal of information about Bomjon by talking with his mother. Most notably, she says that he was not a normal child, and  his siblings considered him mentally ill: "His mother told me he was weird from toddler age on, and also as school teachers would describe. His siblings thought he was mentally ill . He rarely played with other children."

Here is what Marici learned about Bomjon from his mother:
Bomjon was from a Budhist family, as Tamangs originally are. It was an obvious choice for him to pretend to be a Buddhist monk. His father told him if he does not want to study or work, then he has only one option:  Go into a monastery. But Bomjon never lasted in a monastery for long.
Pretending being Buddha was not so conscious that time, I think rather it was a natural consequence of following his inner voices, which were telling him what, when and how to do.
His mother told me he was weird from toddler age on, and also as school teachers would describe. His siblings thought he was mentally ill . He rarely played with other children and as a child liked to wander alone in the forest near his house (a hill belonging to their property opposite the house). So he was "meditating" (I would call it "sitting in a trance") already as a child. [I would call it being groomed by demonic entities for a life of crime.]
But first "official" leaving of his home and sitting under the tree near Ratanpuri was when he was 15.
According to what I know, Ganga, his oldest brother, supported and protected him sitting under the tree near Ratanpuri. Later other siblings stayed there occasionally, as did his childhood monk-friend Prem, and later on dozens of villagers. It can be seen in the videos -- sometimes 40 people sweeping around him. So he was never "alone in a remote jungle", as he now claims.

BOMJON'S FATHER: VIOLENT ALCOHOLIC

This is what Marichi says she learned from Mayadevi about Bomjon's father:
Bomjon's father was an alcoholic, and according to his mother (whom I knew well and spoke with her often) he was violent and beat her often. Interestingly, during her pregnancy with Bomjon he kicked her belly too.... She was in a permanent depression from him.
Mayadevi had 14 children, but 5 died when young, from soon after birth to around toddler age.  9 survived.  Nepal at that time was very Third World:  No electricity, no hospitals, no hygiene. Bomjon was himself born on the sidewalk in front of the house, she showed me where. Nowadays they use that spot as a toilet at night when they are scared to go to the regular toilet further out in the yard ... Another fact is also quite strange: The family does not seem to have especially great respect to their "Maitreya" son's birth spot :)
Bomjon's father died of cirrhosis, as most alcoholics. We learn about him only as a person who wanted Bomjon to study or work, after Bomjon had stopped going to school and stopped helping in their big family farm (Bomjon's family IS rich, the richest family in that village!).

When his father died, Bomjon returned to his village Bungjor for the cremation procession, after many years absence. In Nepal the Tamang people burn the bodies and build a kind of tiny stupa from loose stones, and put the ashes inside it. When I spoke with villagers in the area they told me scary stories how there are some dark ghost experiences when people walk around Bomjon's father's cremation mound. One person had been suddenly hit by stones when walking there, could not see from whom. Another time a black dog appeared out of the blue and bit the person...

BOMJON'S MOTHER REPORTS HIM TO THE POLICE

The below photo from Prateek Daily shows Bomjon’s mother filing a police report on Bomjon.

Bomjon's mother and siblings had visited Bomjon because Mayadevi wanted to get her youngest daughter Ranjita from Bomjon’s premises.  Bomjon's mother feared he was sexually assaulting his own sister, incest.

Bomjon responded by kidnapping and beating his mother and siblings. After 5 days, Bomjon released them. His mother proceeded to file a police report against him.

BOMJON'S SIBLINGS

This is the list of Bomjon's adult siblings, oldest to the youngest:
  1. Ganga
  2. Fulmaya

  6. Ramlal (Bomjon)
