We the people, ask the administration to:
Investigate American involvement the criminal and terrorist cult run by messianic Ram Bahadur Bomjon in Nepal. (Aliases: Ramlal Bomjon, Palden Dorje, Tapasvi, Maitriya Guru Maha Sambodhi Dharma Sangha).
INTRODUCTION
Ram Badahur Bomjon (aliases: Ramlal Bomjon, Palden Dorje, Tapasvi, Maitriya Guru Maha Sambodhi Dharma Sangha) is a 30 year old Nepali cult leader who is apparently considered mentally ill by his family. His mother even reported him to the police for allegedly raping his sister Manu.
Bomjon and his cult have 8 missing members who are presumed murdered. This includes one American, who may have been poisoned:
A minor nun, Ganga Maya Moktan, spoke out publicly that she had been raped by Bomjon for many years.
Zsuzsana Takacs, a European follower, was kidnapped by Bomjon and his cult for three months. She says she was, sexually assaulted and violently beaten, and that Bomjon broke her wrists multiple times (covered in Newsweek, by David Brennan, 1/7/19 ).
Bomjon's deeds have been registered by police and covered by Nepali media over many years.
However, Bomjon and his cult allegedly pay off the authorities. Bomjon also leads his cult followers to believe that violence, lies, forgeries, torture and murder are the actual application of “liberation”, “unity” and “Maitri (Loving-Kindness)." Hence, many have been brainwashed into committing criminal acts.
UNJUST HARASSMENT OF WHISTLEBLOWERS
Cult whistleblowers have endured years of unjust harassment, stalking, torture, violence, kidnapping, detention, destruction of property, and alleged murder by various cult agents, all allegedly at Bomjon's order.
BOMJON CHARITY COMPLICIT IN BOMJON'S ALLEGED CRIMES
The American branch of this cult has a charity registered in California (Bodhi Shrawan Dharma Sangha USA, number CT0175706, “BSDS”). Witnesses say that American branch members have aided in many crimes and their coverup, including kidnapping, rape, torture, and murder.
American KimHuyen T. Nguyen is named as the initial contact. Nguyen and other Americans were allegedly complicit in the kidnapping, torture, and rape of Slovakian Takacs. Under pressure to release Takacs, Nguyen and other cult members decided how to release Takacs in a way that would look good for the media. Ngyuen and others allegedly decided to publicly release Takacs, then secretly have her arrested by immigration authorities and deported so she could not file a police report or speak to the media.
Americans are complicit in the homicidal Bomjon cult, and they want t o invite this cult leader to the US.
BOMJON CHARITY SEEKS TO INTERFERE WITH NEPALI SOVEREIGNTY
Nguyen's BSDS has also gotten Amnesty International (headquartered in NY) to interfere with a sovereign state's legal process. The Katmandu chapter of Amnesty International interfered in the Nepali legal system to obtain the release of cult agent from custody, Topchen, who was allegedly involved in cult crimes. (See their July 2020 petition: www.change.org/p/stop-violence-against-dharma-sangha-and-his-followers, which says, “A few days later, news reached Amnesty International in Kathmandu who observed that, since the Appellate Court had issued the Resident Permit to Guru and His Jungle gurus, Topchen guru’s arrest was illegal. Finally chief guru Jyampa Topchen was released on the 12th December.”)
Nguyen's BSDS is also appealing to the United Nations to interfere in a sovereign state's legal and police system to protect alleged criminal Bomjon, seeking to grant him refugee status. (See their July 2020 petition.) They claim this messianic leader is “persecuted.” However, most other Tamangs consider Bomjon to be desecrating Buddhism, and many of them fear the allegedly homicidal cult.
Lastly, as a registered charity, BSDS is forbidden from political involvement. However people connected to BSDS campaigned for Hillary Clinton in 2016, believing she would invite another country's alleged criminal to the US and offer him political power.
URGENT INVESTIGATION NEEDED
We hereby petition President Trump to begin an urgent investigation into American support of violence and terrorism of the cult of Ram Bahadur Bomjon
Thank you.
